Step 1 of 3
Prepare payments and the location
Open Settings → Location → Card readers. Complete Stripe setup and the location address if prompted. Check that you are in the location where the reader will be used.
Step 2 of 3
Enter the reader’s pairing code
On the reader, open Settings and generate a pairing code. Enter it in Somavue and add a name, such as Front desk. If readers are already listed, select Add reader first.
Step 3 of 3
Pair and check its status
Select Pair card reader. Check that the reader is listed and Online. Stripe must approve payments before it can take a charge. If setup is still pending, use Go to payments.
