Somavue doesn't charge a subscription. Somavue takes a 1.0% platform fee when customer payments run through the product. If you don't get paid, neither do we.
Your clinic takes payments through Stripe — online deposits, in-person card readers, and checkout. Somavue keeps 1.0% of each customer payment. Stripe's own card processing fees are separate from Somavue's platform fee.

There is no tier matrix to decode before you can try the core booking, check-in, and payment flow.
Somavue earns when the clinic actually takes payments through Somavue, especially deposits and card-present checkout.
Pricing may evolve as the product grows, but launch pricing doesn't need package names or feature gates.
Customer refunds do not automatically refund Somavue's platform fee. Clinics should also account for Stripe's own processing fees, Terminal hardware, payout timing, and connected-account requirements.
